Political Cartoon #2; Give it up Cheney

This political cartoon was drawn by Joel Pett and published in the Lexington Herald on December 1st, 2009. This cartoon deals with two key issues, the recent White House party-crashers and Dick Cheney's consistent arguments against President Obama. Sure, Cheney is entitled to his own opinion but it's the fact that no one really cares what he has to say anymore. Unless he's shooting people in the face, we don't want to hear about Cheney and his old tired remarks against the Obama administration. I agree with the cartoon's message that Cheney acts out for public attention when in fact he knows that he is old and washed up just like Bush. Bush at least has some sense to stay hidden away in his Texas ranch but Cheney seeks out media attention just to blast the new administration. C'mon Cheney, I think it's time for you to retire on a ranch of your very own too.

hahaha, so true! Cheney is old and old news. With such a young president, the public doesn't want a really old person in government unless they're wise and experienced. At this point, Cheney is anything but wise.

haha... Cheney. His terms done. What's the old fool doing? Doesn't he realize that nobody cares about him anymore. Actually, I don't think anybody cared about him even when he was VP. =/ oh dear.
